Professor and Chair Kathleen Rees received her Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She was appointed to the faculty at Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2005 and currently holds the rank of Professor and Chair in the Department of Human Sciences. Professor Rees teaches Fashion and Interiors Merchandising and conducts research related to International Trade of Textiles and Apparel and International Trade Policy. |
