Initial Check-in and Graduate School Requirements

All Agronomy & Resource Science, and Animal & Wildlife Science students must check in with:

Ms. DeLeon handles all issues pertaining to Admissions for these graduate students, and is also a liaison for the College of Graduate Studies.

Ms. DeLeon also handles office assignments for M.S. Students (except for Human Sciences).

NOTE: Submit copies of ALL paperwork to Ms. DeLeon (including paperwork turned in to the College of Graduate Studies).

College of Graduate Studies

ALL students must develop and maintain a relationship with the College of Graduate Studies, which has specific requirements and deadlines for admissions, degree plans, proposals, and graduation. Be sure to familiarize yourself with these requirements as listed in the College of Graduate Studies Catalog.

The requirements set by the College of Graduate Studies are critical to the timely continuation of your studies and ultimate graduation. Procrastination will not be your friend in this case, and few exceptions are made for missed deadlines.

Students on Grants and Funded Projects (exluding KRIRM students)

Aside from your contacts with Ms. DeLeon and the College of Graduate Studies, students that are conducting their graduate studies through a grant must also establish contact with:

King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management Students

The KRIRM manages most issues for its students, such as payroll, office assignments, and phone and copy codes.
