What is the Scholarship Online Program?

TAMUK's Scholarship Online Program is a user-friendly web based scholarship application process that makes your scholarship application experience more pleasant than having to fill out and keep track of piles of paper. Even references are conducted online!

Simply create an online account at the Scholarship Online Program, and apply. Your information will be sorted base on your eligibility criteria, and you will automatically be considered for all scholarships within the databased that pertain to those criteria. It's that easy!

Animal & Wildlife Science Scholarships

The following scholarships are available to Animal & Wildlife Science students. These scholarships are non-need based and full time attendance is required (unconditional admission status).

Please apply through the TAMUK Online Scholarship Program.

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Scholarships

Agriculture Majors. Open number of awards. $1,000 / yr. Available to New Beginning Freshman and Transfer Students. Minimum ACT, 21 / SAT, 970. Two recommendation letters needed. GPA Required: 3.0. Renewable. GPA Renew: 3.0, 15 hrs. Texas residents only.

Daughters of the American Revolution Scholarship

Agriculture Majors. One award. $1,000 / yr. Available to New Beginning Freshman and Transfer Students. Minimum ACT, 21 / SAT, 970. Two recommendation letters needed. GPA Required: 3.0. Renewable. GPA Renew: 3.0, 15 hrs.

W. E. Cumberland Memorial Scholarship

Agriculture Majors. One award. $1,000 / yr. Available to New Beginning Freshman and Transfer Students. Minimum ACT, 21 / SAT, 970. Two recommendation letters needed. GPA Required: 3.0. Renewable. GPA Renew: 3.0, 15 hrs. Kleberg County residents only and written essay.

Lyssy and Eckel Feed Scholarship in memory of Ed V. Lyssy and A.W. Eckel, Jr.

Range & Wildlife Management Majors. One to two awards. $1,000 / yr. Available to New Beginning Freshman and Transfer Students. Minimum ACT, 21 / SAT, 970. Two recommendation letters needed. GPA Required: 3.0. Renewable. GPA Renew: 3.0, 15 hrs.

CKWRI Special Scholarships - (Check the student cork board in September 2009)

The following scholarships are offered through the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute. Applications should be submitted in person and NOT through the Texas Online Scholarship:
