Associate Professor and Research Scientist Michelle R. Garcia received her Ph.D. from Texas A&M University-College Station. She was appointed to the faculty at Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2003 and currently holds the rank of Associate Professor and Research Scientist in the Department of Animal and Wildlife Sciences and Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute, respectively. Michelle teaches Domestic Animal Anatomy and Physiology and conducts research in reproductive physiology, with an emphasis on the role of leptin in pubertal development and luteal angiogenesis. |
